Since graduation from UCLA Law School in 1999, James Hardin has established himself as one of the top plaintiffs' litigators in Southern California. Over the last several years, Mr. Hardin has won verdicts and settlements for plaintiffs worth more than $65 million. For the third consecutive year, Mr. Hardin was named a "Rising Star" by the Los Angeles Magazine - a distinction recognizing two and one-half percent of attorneys under 40 years old for excellence in the practice of law.
Mr. Hardin practices in all areas of civil litigation, but specializes in representing including plaintiffs in complex business, employment, class action, and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Hardin received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California in 1993 and Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA Law School in 1999. Before joining Call, Jensen & Ferrell in 2002, Mr. Hardin worked in the employment litigation department of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and later joined DeWitt & Roberts, a Los Angeles firm specializing in business litigation.
