Rivera et al. v. Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition, Inc. et al., Case No. SACV07-1306: Plaintiffs are suing a nutritional supplement maker on behalf of a putative class of all consumers in the United States claiming that it misstated the contents of its products.
Mathison et al. v. Bumbo International et al., Case No. 07CC01399: Plaintiffs are suing the manufacturers and distributors of a childrens’ product on behalf of a putative class of consumers in the United States claiming that it the product is dangerous and does not perform as advertised.
