August 31, 2007 – We secured a $10 million judgment for a business in a fraud lawsuit in Oklahoma City District Court.
March 30, 2007 – We secured a $51 million cash settlement for a technology company against its supplier. The identities of the parties and details of the settlement are confidential.
June 1, 2006 – We secured a unanimous jury verdict of $47.4 million in a lawsuit involving misappropriation of trade secrets and copyright infringement.
January 16, 2007 – We secured a $1.4 million judgment, plus attorneys’ fees and costs, in arbitration on behalf of a prominent financial institution.

June 1, 2005 - CJ&F obtained a $6.8 million judgment in an unfair competition case involving claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, conspiracy, and intentional interference with prospective advantage.
September 27, 2004 – CJ&F obtained a judgment at trial in excess of $7.5 million on a cross-complaint for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty and a judgment of no liability on the complaint.
